To ensure pupils receive a broad education including learning about other cultures, the College organises an annual trip to another continent. The tour always has a full itinerary ensuring those travelling see as much of the country they are visiting as possible.
This year’s trip was to China, a country the College has visited before and one which proved very popular. The touring party consisted of pupils, parents, families and members of staff.
Over eleven days Beijing, Xian, Tian Anmen Square, the Great Wall of China, the Terracotta Warriors, local schools, the Chinese countryside and villages were just some of the places visited. The trip was highly educational and very enjoyable.
Praise must be given to member of staff, Mr Liam Hogan, for arranging a truly successful tour.
