I missed this last month. Ryan Tubridy gave Bunsen, owned by Past pupil and one time fine dining chef Tom Gleeson, a superb review on the late late following a near death experience ( of sorts ).
Anyway I’m sure the more ancient members of this group have funded a few family burger trips to one of Toms restaurants but might not have been aware of the link to the college. As you can see from the menu – it’s uncomplicated, really well priced and is genuinely top drawer quality.
The brand is going from strength to strength with I suspect more venues to come. Well done Tom & team.
